После пресс — конференции дочь главы государства, Келли, заявила корреспондентам, что у нее есть некий дядя, который похож немного на Санта Клауса, а немного — на инопланетянина, и что только он может сделать несчастных детей счастливыми. Все были в недоумении и предположили, что девочка психически больна. Однако после того, как двое бродяг похищают Келли и требуют выкупа в миллион долларов, мистический дядя-инопланетянин немедля приходит ей на помощь.
