It stars the veteran Spanish actor José Sacristán and the beautiful, young María Valverde. Director David Trueba is the younger brother of the celebrated Fernando Trueba, and a prominent writer and director in his own right. On one hot day, a cultured and respected reporter arranges to meet a young journalism student in a café. He soon convinces her to return with him to a friend’s empty apartment. However, his seduction misfires and the pair become trapped together for the rest of the day in a locked bathroom.
