   * fixed checkpoints disappearing over network by forcing them to  be  always 
     revelant when visible 
   * fixed several client¡server synchronization issues in multiplayer 
   * fixed DoubleWeaponPickup respawning at checkpoint loading 
   * fixed unpickable pickups in coop 
   * fixed the mechanics for poison slowdown on players movement 
   * fixed typo in MP menu 
   * text localization fixes for Russian and Itialian language 
   * fixed improper player placement after checkpoint at Military Base 
   * fixed issue when posessed zombies get raised into  the  air  in  the  Town 
     level 
   This release adds support for the DLC: 
   * Painkiller Hell and Damnation: Heaven''''s Above 
   Heaven''''s Above takes the player out of the  first-person  perspective  and 
   presents itself as a top-down shooter. Heaven''''s Above lets you play 5 maps 
   from the campaign in single player or co-op  mode  including  one  of  the 
   monumental boss fights. 
   Key Features 
   * Control the battlefield from above 
   * 5 campaign maps (playable in single player  and  co-op  mode):  Graveyard, 
     Town, Babel, Angkor, Pentagon 
   * Encounter one of the hardest big guys in Purgatory: The  Stone  Golem  aka

   * New power-ups and environmental  weapons  (including  howitzer  gun,  fire
