Second record from the Madrid''s formation and first sung entirely in English, and fortunately not like the majority of singing staters (all?) that they use to tear what they sing. Record taken care of even the last comma that puts in relevance the Spanish metal perhaps for the first time in the "modern epoch".

Begins with the powerful ''Lord of the Storm'' song that gives name to the album and sum up nicely which way shots go and as the group has placed right now its sound to more international sights. In the same kind follows ''Changes'', big melodies so much of guitar like of voice, one of me preferred. ''Death of Dreams'', what else remember me the firsts times from Easy Riders and the following ''Seven'', they approach to lands more helloweenian, overall the chorus from the second, really good. ''Eternal Sin'' is the ballad of the record and the shorter theme of the same one, of strange and quite intimate atmosphere, of course they don´t sing to the love. ''Serpents'' is a half time that reminds a little those dark passages that offered Stratovarius in his so no first records, With good changes of rhythm and a light touch of Arab legend. ''Savage Rage'' recovers at full blast a little helloweenian touch more powermetal, very faster and happy. ''See my Eyes'' and ''Different Ways'' are also two of my preferred tracks, the first acclimatizes a spine-chilling Japanese story with solid rhythms and incredible choruses, the second is more strange in composition, but is delighted with hearing them to be playing, you can trust of which way they take you, because certainly you will like. To close, homonymous song of name of group that really is of the less fortunate, so much for this record as if to carry the name of the band, but well, perhaps surprise us with any re version from the new formation.

The production, being right as to mixture, "package" one little the sound, subtracting potency to guitars and battery and dulling a little bit the final result, something than neither obvious the compositive, plenty of- level work and originality nowadays.
Some groups with the ones that has been compared are Judas Priest, King Diamond , Conception or Jag Panzer, and I would add some more like Helloween or Annihilator, The truth is that they were having it and they have an own sound within the enormous spiral of metal music that ravages Europe.

Segundo disco de la formación madrileña y primero cantado íntegramente en inglés, y afortunadamente no como la mayoria (todos?) de cantantes estatales que suelen destrozar lo que cantan. Disco cuidado hasta la última coma que pone en relevancia el metal español quizá por primera vez en la "época moderna".

Comienza con la potente ''Lord of the Storm'', tema que da título al disco y que resume bastante bien por dónde van los tiros y como el grupo ha asentado ya su sonido a miras más internacionales. En la misma onda continua ''Changes, grandes melodías tanto de guitarra como de voz, una de mis preferidas.''Death of Dreams'', la que más me recuerde a los "primeros" tiempos de los Easy y la siguiente ''Seven'' se acercan a terrenos más helloweenianos, sobretodo en el estribillo de la segunda, realmente conseguido. ''Eternal Sin'' es la baladíta del disco y el tema más corto del mismo, de atmósfera extraña y bastante íntima, desde luego no le cantan al amor. ''Serpents'' es un medio tiempo que recuerda un poco a aquellos pasajes oscuros que nos ofrecían Stratovarius en sus no tan primeros discos, con buenos cambios de ritmo y un ligero toque de leyenda árabe. ''Savage Rage'' recupera a toda maquina el rollito helloweeniano o más powermetalero. ''See my Eyes'' y ''Different Ways'' son también dos de mis temas preferidos, el primero ambienta un cuento de terror japonés con ritmos sólidos y coros increibles, el segundo es más extraño en cuanto a composición, pero da gusto oirlos tocar, estos músicos son de los que te puedes fiar de por dónde te llevan, porque seguro que te gusta. Para terminar, tema homónimo del nombre del grupo y que realmente es de los menos afortunados, tanto para este disco como para llevar el nombre de la banda, pero bueno, seguro que nos sorprenden con alguna re-version de la nueva formación.
La producción, siendo correcta en cuanto a mezcla, "empaqueta" un tanto el sonido, restando potencia a guitarras y batería y desluciendo un tanto el resultado final, algo que tampoco obvia el trabajo compositivo, de bastante nivel y originalidad en estos días.

Algunos grupos con los que se los ha comparado son Judas Priest, King Diamond, Conception o Jag Panzer, yo añadiría alguno más como Helloween o Annihilator; lo cierto es que tenían y tienen un sonido propio dentro de la ingente espiral de música metalera que asola Europa.
